    • This is a fully private photoshoot experience. The session is calm, comfortable, and suitable even if this is your first professional photoshoot.

    • At sunset, you’ll be surrounded by warm, cinematic golden light - the most flattering time of day for timeless images. Your photographer leads you through carefully chosen viewpoints and quiet pathways to create elegant, refined photos.

    • You’ll work with a professional local photographer based in Rome, who understands the city’s light, architecture, and rhythm. This experience allows us to plan the perfect timing, move smoothly between locations, and capture each setting at its best. During the session, you’ll receive natural and clear posing guidance to ensure relaxed, flattering results.

    • The route features Rome’s most iconic landmarks, including the Colosseum, Trastevere, Capitoline Hill, Monti.

    • Before the shoot, you’ll receive a personal consultation with styling and outfit advice.

    • After the session, all successful photos are delivered with professional light editing within 48 hours. Depending on your package, you’ll personally select 10–20 images for detailed, high-end retouching, completed exclusively by the photographer, with clean, refined results and no outsourcing. All images are delivered digitally in ultra-high resolution, ready for social media, printing, or personal keepsakes.

  • PAYMENT POLICY

    A deposit is required to secure the booking. You may also choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking.

    If only a deposit is paid at the time of booking, the remaining balance must be paid before the photoshoot.

    Payment options for the remaining balance:

    • Online payment, to be completed no later than one week before the photoshoot (a secure payment link will be sent by the photographer), or

    • Cash, to be paid immediately after the photoshoot.

    CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

    A 100% cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled 48 hours or less before the photoshoot.

    In the event of a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable and will be retained as compensation for the reserved time.

    BOOKING CHANGES

    Changes to the booking are possible up to 30 days before the photoshoot, subject to photographer availability and confirmation.

    MEETING POINT

    • Exact meeting details will be sent after booking and reconfirmed shortly before the photoshoot, with a Google Maps link and easy instructions.

    IMPORTANT

    • Please provide a valid WhatsApp or iMessage number for coordination

    • Travel light: avoid large bags for a smoother session

    • In case of rain, the photoshoot will be rescheduled or refunded

    • Children aged 0–18 may take part only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

    • The photoshoots take place outside the Colosseum, Pantheon, Roman Forums, not inside

    • Travel between locations: short walks (e.g. Trevi to Spanish Steps/Pantheon). Longer sections by taxi or metro, kindly covered by the guest
